Kristy Wilson
Kristy Wilson, is a Licensed Nurse in the state of Texas and is Director of Operations of C.A.R.E Senior Living Professional and former Owner of Dignity Senior Care Homes, Assisted Living and a Managing Partner of SOALMC, LLC, operating as Serenity Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care. Kristy has over 20 years of experience in Geriatric Care Management, Long Term and Post Acute Care, Memory Care, Neurology and Sleep Medicine. Kristy’s extensive hands-on experience includes the opening and relocation of AL facilities, medical record reviews for compliance, adult day program coordination, pressure ulcer prevention, and compliance reviews for assisted living and memory care programs. She conducts monthly support group meetings for the families of those suffering with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. She is a member of Texas Assisted Living Association (TALA), Tri-County Chamber of Commerce and many local networking groups. She has established training modules, policies and procedure, HR packets and survey manuals in compliance with Texas Department of Aging and Disability and Texas Health and Human Services.

Brittnie Kirk
Brittnie has many years of work experience in the Senior Care industry. Starting out as a nurses aid she has worked her way into management with Serenity Oaks and has been a valuable asset to our (founding company / sister company) for almost 4 years. She has extensive experience in management, operations, training and human resources. She has completed her courses to become a Certified Assisted Living Manager as recognized by the Texas Health and Human Services Licensing and Regulation Division. Her years of experience both professionally and personally give her a broad background in senior healthcare and senior living.
